The Find Your Flex Group exists to make work fairer, smarter, and future-ready.
We started in 2017 with a simple idea: help parents back into work. What began as Mummyjobs quickly grew into Daddyjobs and Find Your Flex — job boards connecting thousands of people to inclusive employers.
Then came the moment everything changed. A LinkedIn post we shared on flexible working went viral, reaching 1.27 million people in just seven days. The message was clear: it wasn’t just parents who needed change. Society itself was demanding new ways of working.
That’s when The Find Your Flex Group expanded into Find Your Talent Resourcing, providing plug-in TA and RPO support delivered by women working flexibly. And today, we are leading the next transformation with FusionWork™.
We help organisations reset Recruitment & HR by TUPE’ing and buying back their teams.
This turns fixed headcount into agile, outcome-based talent services that protect people and prepare businesses for the AI era.
Through this model, companies avoid costly redundancies, people gain multi-brand experience and career security, and businesses unlock the agility they need to thrive.
It’s the first step into FusionWork™, the future of work that blends human and digital workers, shifts from hours to outcomes, and builds resilience for both people and organisations.
The Find Your Flex Group was born out of lived injustice. Our founder, Cheney Hamilton, was denied the ability to return to work flexibly as the only senior female in a 95% female workforce. That injustice became the fire to build something better.
Our culture is built on:
We don’t just talk about inclusivity, we live it. Our own business is run by women and mothers working flexibly, proving every day that people thrive when given the chance.
A world where work is outcome-based, inclusive, and future-ready.
Where human and digital workers collaborate.
Where no one is left behind.
That’s what we mean when we say Find Your Flex.
