The Find Your Flex Group helps organisations understand how work is changing, redesign how it should be delivered and build the capability required to deliver it.
We bring together workforce research, workforce architecture and talent delivery to help organisations navigate the convergence of human and digital work.
SO DID WE.
The Find Your Flex Group was founded in 2017 around a simple challenge: traditional models of work weren't keeping pace with how people actually needed to work.
We began by challenging where and when work happened, helping employers think differently about flexibility while connecting people with organisations prepared to work differently.
But the question facing organisations has changed.
AI, automation and digital labour aren't simply changing where people work. They're changing what work is, who or what can perform it, how capability is valued and how organisations should be structured around it.
So our work evolved too.
Today, FYF helps organisations look beneath jobs and organisational structures to understand the work itself, design the workforce around the outcomes that matter and determine the right combination of human, digital and external capability to deliver them.
We started by challenging the structure around work. Now we're helping organisations redesign the work itself.

WE START WITH THE PROBLEM.
You might come to us because you're considering AI.
You might be restructuring a function, struggling to recruit, reviewing costs, redesigning an operating model or questioning whether the roles you have today are still the roles you'll need tomorrow.
Those can look like very different problems.
But they often lead back to the same fundamental questions:
What work needs to be done?
What outcomes does it need to create?
What capability does it require?
And what is now the best way to deliver it?
That's where we start.

Founder & CEO, The Find Your Flex Group
Research Director – FusionWork™, Bloor Research International
For almost a decade, Cheney Hamilton has worked at the intersection of workforce change, flexible work and talent, working with organisations to challenge assumptions about how work should be structured and delivered.
Her work now focuses on the impact of AI and digital labour on workforce strategy, organisational design and the economics of employment.
As Research Director for FusionWork™ at Bloor Research International, her research draws on conversations with hundreds of senior HR, finance and business leaders examining how organisations are responding to AI and how the relationship between human and digital capability is changing.
Through The Find Your Flex Group, that research is translated into practical workforce architecture: helping organisations move from understanding what is happening to their work to deciding what to do about it.
Research should change decisions. Otherwise, what's the point?

Tell us what you're trying to understand, change or deliver.
Whether you're exploring AI, redesigning a workforce, changing an operating model, facing a capability gap or simply looking at your organisation and thinking there has to be a better way to do this, we can start with the problem.
